£4,800    2010 Mercedes E220 Blue Efficiency Coupe Spares or Repair

I listed on eBay and the bidding got to £5800 within hours of listing, I closed the listing because I went to the jet wash and some of the black flaked on the sill revealing the original red colour, so decided that I would strip the car and have it sprayed satin red. I couldn’t get the car sprayed due to COVID lockdown, it has stood since then. I do start the car and move around so brakes don’t seize. The interior is the same as 2013-16 e class coupe black leather. Real leather is not that crap PVC Mercedes use on newer cars. Car runs good no knocks or noises of concern.

All running gear is good. When listed on eBay I advised that the car needed the twin exhaust (£100 eBay) the battery went flat and the engine or abs (not sure) illuminated. The interior is really nice no wear or rips on the seats. Alloys need refurbishment. Backlights are wired up front lights high beam only as lights have not been wired. Previously (when black) the car looked amazing £10k - £14k looks. I want the space for a new camper so it must go (private plate not included) as the car stands the buyer is better trailering due to lights and bumpers not fitted. If the buyer wants to drive I will have to screw up bumpers and front lights and grill. I guarantee the car will drive anywhere the UK. The police might show interest due to the cosmetics.
