Description
Light silver metallic with black/grey interior, mileage is at 158k. MOT until the 20th of January.
Engine and drive train are worn as expected for the milage, I think it’s still on the original turbo and clutch. The previous owner did a lot of motor way driving to rack up the miles. Brakes and suspension are all good. Wheels are aftermarket 18’s and it will need 2 new rear tyres before it’s next MOT.
Body work is generally good other than the front wing and bumper, not a lot of rust on the chassis. Interior is in good condition; only real visible wear is on the door handles and the seats have no rips or tears. Unmodified apart from the wheels and a K&N panel air filter. Has a Bose sound system with 6 CD changer, heated seats, electric heated mirrors, cruise control.
Runs and drives fine but has a few issues;
- Heavy clutch pedal, it’s been like this throughout my 2 years of owner ship but will likely need a new clutch/throw-out bearing soon.
- Small exhaust gas blow from the manifold gasket, mostly goes away when it’s warmed up.
- Intermittent fault on the post-CAT lambda sensor which throws a code every few hundred miles. Doesn’t seem to make any difference to the running so I’ve just been clearing the code when it pops up.
- Cracked front bumper and scratched passenger side wing. Bumper has been fibre glassed on the inside and a spare undamaged wing panel comes with the car also.
With some TLC this would make a nice cheap daily driver or track toy, I don’t really want to see it go but I’ve already replaced it with another car and it’s just sitting idle. Comes with 1 key, the original manuals/docs and a folder full of service history.
