57 plate but car is actually registered on the V5 as a 2008 because was registered Jan 2008.

Up for sale is our beloved Mitsubishi Outlander Warrior edition. Warrior Edition gets, factory rear privacy glass, Mud guards, Chrome twin exhaust tips, front bull bar, 18 Inch alloys, Chrome side steps etc etc

235,400 Miles on the clock. Yes 235k (testament to how well these cars are made) , as we have had many family road trip adventures, so they really are motorway miles!

Owned for 11 years - 1 previous owner.

Sadly failed its MOT last week. Please see pictures for the list. The MOT has now expired and and we decided to purchase a larger family car.

The outlander is drivable and we were driving right up until the MOT expiry.

No Clutch slipping. Gears work fine. One of few "Real" 4x4's where you have the ability to switch from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive or Diff Lock. All options work.

Has an issue at around 60mph and heavy load, it goes into Limp mode, and speed reduces to 50mph, and it will only reset after turning engine off and back on again. We had it plugged in for diagnostics and nothing came up. This was recently so, we decided to live with it, as its fine around town and locally and you can get it up to 70mph fine, but on an incline it will go into limp mode.

Due to the above limp mode issue and the list of items requiring attention for the MOT, we felt it can now only be sold as spares or repair. Plenty of parts on this. Alloy wheels, headlights, engine, Air con (This works fine - ice cold) Interior, Side step bars, etc etc.

Lots of invoices for work such as a new EGR cooler, Aux Belts, Coolant. New Starter motor fitted Nov 2022, New Rear Brake Discs & Pads Oct 2022.

Serviced annually and all recorded in a service book. Last serviced in July 2022 6,000 miles ago. This consisted of Oil, Filter and Air filter. NO Warning lights on the dash. Starts each and every time, and no excessive smoke. (Emissions passed fine on MOT)

The car drives but has lots if suspension clunks and knocks as listed on the MOT.

Bodywork is presentable considering its 15 years old, but there are scuffs, marks and some paint blemishes on various areas.

Interior is showing lots of signs of wear, carpets, doors and dash all have scuffs, scratches and wear from family use. Its 15 years old and has done 235k.

I would recommend you come and view the car before auction end so you can be satisfied before bidding. Its difficult to list everything single detail on a car with this mileage and age. Happy to take additional photos or a viewing before the auction end. Can be started & driven up and down our drive, but will need to be towed or trailered away due to No MOT or TAX.

Answers to some questions I am receiving: Tire Brands on car? - Front: Bridgestone Rear: Dunlop. Size 18" Does the stereo work: Yes works fine and has built in CD Multichanger Does the air con work? Yes it does, Ice cold and re gassed 2021. Any signs of rust on the bodywork panels? No rust, body looks clean. Just bits mentioned on MOT on the underside. Does the oil and water require topping up before next services. No, we check it periodically, but the levels remain the same. Has the cambelt & Water pump been changed in the time owned? Yes, Oct 2016, @ 153K. What is the annual tax cost? £290.00.
