£1,000    Spares or Repair 2004 Volkswagen Touareg R5 2.5Tdi

Spares or repair, the car was running fine with no problems until I went to start it and got a fault code on the dash saying (steering defective workshop), now the car won’t turn over as the fault has immobilised the engine, the fault needs to be cleared before the car will start.

I found information online which I’ve tried but can’t seem to find the fault, might be an easy fix for someone in the know. (I’ve included a few pics). Would need to be towed away! Has signwriting stickers which can peel off. New turbo fitted, parrot Bluetooth, 3 new tyres, Mot ran out on 30th January 21, no advisory’s on mot last year!
